Alumni are a true reflection of their alma mater. Their achievements in life are to a very great extent attributable to their upbringing in the School through the highly impressionable childhood and adolescent stages of their lives. Ask any alumnus and he will most readily testify to this. It is even more so in case of a residential school where a child spends this most crucial stage of his life away from his parents and siblings and his growth and development, character, intellect, value systems are all shaped by the school environment provided by the Principal, teachers, other staff and fellow students. It is the character qualities and value systems imbibed in school, which play a major role in achieving one’s goals in life. The alumni have made KGRIMS/KGRIMC/KGS/AMS/RMS Ajmer and their mentors in school proud by their achievements. The school can truly and rightfully bask in the glory that its alumni have brought to it through their sterling achievements in diverse professional fields from defence services, civil services, education, business medicine, corporate world to the field of sports and adventure. It is a matter of great pride for the school that its alumnus, Shri AjitDoval, KC, PPM, PM today holds one of the most challenging, responsible and distinguished posts of the National Security Adviser. It is extremely heartening and promising that the tradition of excellence is being carried forward by the younger generation of today who are winning awards at the pre-commission training institutions of defence services, the National Defence Academy, Indian Military Academy and Air Force Academy.
